INTRODUCTION
As sustainability issues take precedence in a rapidly changing world, the imperative to become green and sustainable brings about challenges and opportunities. Getting to Carbon Neutral and Net Zero Program is a part of series of Sustainability & Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Programs in collaboration with Ethos Connect International Consulting Sdn Bhd. Our programs focus on incorporating the ESG philosophy into the corporate culture of the organization and to ensure full adoption across the organization.
OBJECTIVES
To equip participants with the fundamental understanding of carbon neutrality and net zero. To understand the concepts of and differences between carbon neutral and net zero; basics of carbon credits in offsetting GHG emissions. To understand carbon pricing (carbon trading and carbon tax); setting science-based targets; considerations in identify in self-abatement measures; etc.
